Interesting facts: It’s Disney’s second animated feature, based on Carlo Collodi’s 1883 novel. It won Oscars for Best Original Score and Song (“When You Wish Upon a Star”). Figaro was Walt Disney’s favorite character, later becoming Minnie Mouse’s pet in shorts."
