I installed MAME 2003 Plus core for RetroArch, but nothing happens when I try playing a file. I tried all other MAME cores in RetroArch, but none seem to be working.

2003 is the BEST and most reliable option for this generation. Only one with coils instead of airbags, bulletproof 722.6 and M112. 183k km's is absolutely nothing for a car like these.
