Football: TCU Long Snapper Cal Keeler enters transfer portal
TCU Football is losing an every-game player with redshirt freshman long snapper Cal Keeler declaring his entry into the transfer portal. The former five-star specialist prospect out of Phoenix will have three years of eligibility remaining after redshirting for the 2024 season.
The redshirt senior played 47 games across 7 seasons at Oregon State, but is perhaps best known for his inspiring battle with testicular cancer.
Oregon State football is set to lose its top long snapper to the transfer portal. Redshirt senior Dylan Black is entering the portal, he announced on Friday. Black played in just one game for the Beavers this season, the opener vs. California, during which he broke his snapping hand on a special teams play.
NDSU signed a long snapper as part of the 2026 recruiting class in Rockford, Illinois’ Gabe Vernetti. Vernetti is also a graduate of the Kohl’s Kicking Camp, with an average snap time of .72 seconds.
